What is a virtual consultation?
A virtual consultation is exactly what its name suggests – a consultation between you and a member of our team, from the comfort and safety of your own home! Utilizing virtual consults allows us to provide highly accurate and personalized recommendations to clients. When you contact us for a consult we will provide you with a date, time, and doxy link. Once you connect, we will ask you pertinent questions about your motivations for specific treatments and services as part of the consultation process. We may ask you to provide supplemental photos as part of our assessment. This will enable us to make an accurate treatment or product recommendation. The telephone consultation will also allow us to explain more about what you can expect from each treatment and answer any questions that you may have.
BONUS + This will shorten your timeline to treatment, meaning that we can schedule you before we even end the call!

CONDUCTING YOUR VISIT
1. Locate your email or text message from Revive at The Group containing your visit link:
+ If you do not see an email from Revive at The Group, check your junk/spam folder.
+ If you still do not see an email from The Group or have not received a text message, please locate your web browser and type in the following URL www.doxy.me/reviveatthegroup.
+ If you are still experiencing difficulties, please reach out to our office at 563.345.5477.
2. Click the secure link in the email/text to see your provider.
3. You will be taken to a welcome page and asked to enter your first and last name.
4. Once you have entered your name, click check-in. Your provider, or member of your care team, will connect with you as soon as they are ready.
5. Click the message icon at the right of your providers name to send a message to your care team.
6. Once you have finished your visit, click the phone icon.
