Perfect for all levels of Yogi with modifications for poses. Expect an expertly taught class combining resistance training with yoga postures for maximum benefit. Class temperature typically between 75-85 degrees.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30PM-7:30PM (Please arrive between 6:15PM - 6:30PM. Doors will be locked at 6:30.)

++ Maximum of 10 individuals per class. Overflow may participate in ZOOM yoga and will receive a code at checkout! ++
Yoga Client Precautions
+ Those attending must bring and use their own yoga mat and bottled water. No other personal items (i.e. blankets, props, pillows, etc.) at this time.
+ Our instructor will not be allowed to assist.
+ Each attendee must clean their yoga mat prior to and immediately following the session. The instructor will provide mat cleaner.
+ There is a restroom that will be available for use between the lobby and yoga room. All other areas of the building will be closed. Attendees will not be allowed to view, touch, or purchase products on display.
+ Each attendee will be met at the door and escorted to and from the yoga room.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of a reserved class. An in-house credit will then be applied to your account with Revive. If you cancel less than 24 hours before a class OR 'no show', there will be no refund of any kind. If a class is canceled at any time by Revive Yoga and/or an instructor for any reason a full refund or credit will be given to every registered person

"Yoga has been a huge part of my life for 8 years. After taking my first hot vinyasa class I was instantly intrigued by the practice. I have no prior dance or athletic background in my childhood. Finding time on my mat is physically and mentally invigorating to me. I could not imagine my life or health without my practice.
I am always going to be a student of the practice. Completing Yoga Fit trainings and 200hr TT has allowed me more knowledge for my own practice and allows me to share my practice with others. I have been blessed to be able to travel around the US and practice in numerous studios and communities.
When you come to my class expect to find your breath and strength. I find pleasure in moving around treating practice as a dance in and out of postures. My time as your instructor is yours. Please make sure to let me know of any injuries and ailments before practice. Don’t be afraid to ask for postures or adjustments you’re needing."
