Licensed Massage Therapist (full-time)

SUMMARY: The Massage Therapist will be responsible for treating clients through soft tissue manipulation while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience. The therapist should be good at perceiving client wishes and needs through spoken language, body language, and other cues and modifying their treatments accordingly. 

Massage Therapist Essential Duties:

  • Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most 
  • Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions 
  • Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body 
  • Advise clients on stretching, strengthening, or relaxation methods

Client Coordinator (FULL-TIME)

SUMMARY: The Client Coordinator will be responsible for creating a positive client experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Revive Medical Spa clients, prospective clients & guests. This individual is also responsible for scheduling, product inventory, and maintaining a smooth flow of spa operations.

Essential Duties:

  • Greet all clients, prospective clients, and guests promptly delivering friendly and attentive service.
  • Handle all front desk-related activities including but not limited to:
    • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions
    • Check clients in and out of the system
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Proactive in engaging the client in using technology and literature to enhance the client’s experience.
  • Display prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional customer service.
  • Understand the services of Revive – the advantages and benefits.
  • Participate in the execution of various med spa events.
  • Responsible for timely fulfillment of daily communication inquiries via e-mail and phone.
  • Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.

Certified Laser Technician (full-time)

Job Overview: The Certified Laser Technician will be responsible for evaluating the skin care concerns of clients, conferring with our medical director to develop the best treatment plan, and applying laser treatment. Hair removal is a common use of cosmetic laser technology; however, tattoo removal, and minimizing the appearance of wrinkles, varicose veins, and skin conditions are also frequently requested services. The technician should be good at perceiving clients' wishes and needs and modifying their treatments accordingly.  

Essential Duties:  Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.

  • Provide laser treatments to clients by appointment.
  • Guide clients through service offerings and determine which treatments and products would benefit them most.
  • Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions.
  • Suggest future services to clients based on needs and desired outcomes.
  • Listen to clients during appointments and adjust techniques as they desire, with great attention to detail.
  • Take initiative to present products and services in a professional and proficient manner through product and treatment knowledge.
  • Understand the services of Revive – the advantages and benefits.
  • Remain current and knowledgeable on portals that Revive uses to assist in client experience.
  • Personally work with clients to deliver and develop customer loyalty.
  • Participate in the execution of various med spa events.
  • Participate in social media and marketing, as requested.
